This year we’ve seen a lot of changes….. We’ve grown in membership, upgraded the facility, added more class times, and stocked up on more bars & plates.  We’ve also added WOD tracking software for our members & upgraded our website!  No sense being shy about it, all this change has been AMAZING!   We’re not done with all the fun so don’t be a stranger….


Next on the agenda is Memorial Day

It’s not only the unofficial start of Summer, but it marks an important day for all Americans when we take time to honor the fallen who’ve died for our freedoms.  CrossFit boxes all over the nation will be honoring our hero’s with a very special WOD: MURPH.

Murph is named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan, June 28th, 2005.

MURPH: 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats, 1 Mile Run – while wearing a 20lb vest (if you have one).  

This WOD was one of his favorites and he named it “Body Armor”, so from here on it is referred to as Murph.  This workout is not recommended for first time CrossFitters, but is to be partitioned as needed.

Just a few days following Memorial Day, we will be on the edge of our seats…..


In exactly 3 weeks there will be a small caravan of Moses Lake CrossFitters heading to Portland, Oregon.  We can’t wait to hang out at the 2017 North West Regionals watching the best athletes in our area complete for a spot in the 2017 CrossFit Games.  There will be loads of pictures, so stay posted for updates from the stands June 2nd – 4th!
