Looking for something to keep your teen active, having fun, and making new friends this Summer? We've got the program for you! Our Teens Summer Session is intended to give all kids a performance advantage in the sport of their choosing. Classes for Teens (ages 13-17) will be held from 10am - 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from June 17 - July 26th. This session will be lead by an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach on proper weightlifting technique, gymnastics movements, as well as building greater endurance/aerobic capacity. We keep classes fun and safe for our teens in hopes they will develop a lifelong love of fitness that they can carry on into adulthood & any sport of choice.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. CrossFit Four Pillars is located and easily accessible from all of Moses Lake.
